Roof Asset Management Programs
Over the years, MCT has developed a roof asset management process that helps our clients make good business decisions about their roofs and pro-actively manage all phases of their roofing efforts.
As part of this process, MCT utilizes two different roof asset management software programs to store and process all roof related data. Our clients now have 24-Hour access to their roof data files, photos, drawings, and reports. Data files are maintained with security access and can be obtained only by our clients either remotely or copies can be provided via diskettes sent to their office. With remote broadband access capability, our clients no longer need to be thick binders containing photographs and survey data. All roofing and waterproofing information is in one safe place. If they are in their office, at home or traveling, their database is accessible. When MCT assists with any of the 5 phases of service, all relevant data (roof surveys, moisture surveys budget projections, contractor bids, repair costs, photos, CADD drawings, warranties, update surveys, etc.) can be entered into the clients database to keep it current.
