Approach In working with today's building owners and managers, MCT has adopted a fundamental approach. We listen to our clients to clearly define their roofing and waterproofing problems and needs. We then establish the appropriate technical services needed to solve the problems and, last of all, we build a partnering business relationship with our clients. Our goal is to help them shift from a re-active (crisis management) to a pro-active asset management position. What we have learned is that this approach saves our clients both time and money. With an average re-roofing cost of $5.00 per square foot, progressive asset managers realize the importance of pro-actively managing the roofing and waterproofing components of their buildings. This pro-active process typically includes 5 distinct phases and MCT has developed a solid core of technical services to support our clients with each phase of the following pro-active cycle. |
