We will use contact information given to us in the "Requesting Information" form to respond to your request.  This response will take the form of a return email, snail mail, or a phone call, depending on your stated option and the information you supply.

Information supplied by you WILL NOT be used to create mail lists, unless you become our customer. 

If you become our customer, we may send you communications, and other routine business or customer relations material, via email or snail mail, from time to time.  If we do, we will provide you the means to remove yourself from our mailing list, and we will honor this request.

We will never sell, rent, or give away ANY information about any of our customers or site viewers  who inquire about our services.  Any information we have concerning customers or site views can and will be modified or deleted upon your request.  Just send us an email or give us a call.

We have ZERO interest in spamming you! We will not send you junk email, or willingly help others to do so.

Web server logs and diagnostic information:

Web servers automatically provide "connection" information to the owners of web sites.  The server used by Moisture Control Technologies, Inc., provides the following information about your viewing of pages at this site:

• The IP address of the machine requesting a page at this web site in long form (ex: "a.b.com", or "x.y.net") 
• The date and time you accessed the page
• The formal HTTP access method (Get or Put)
• The page you viewed
• The type of browser you used

Typically, this information is used to debug connections and to administer this site. Moisture Control Technologies, Inc., will neither sell, rent, nor give away any information contained in the web server logs.
