SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE Administrative Experience: Includes national support coordination, and management input for all construction services provided by Illinois Roof Consulting Associates and D.E. Bush & Associates nationally. Development of roofing services, standards, and methods for servicing clients, established fees, and prepared proposals, hiring, and training of personnel and planned marketing, sales. and technical servicing of clients. Management Experience: Includes direct management of all aspects of roof testing, design, inspection, and roof management program services. Involved in all phases of office and field operations from personnel training and support to actual technical field servicing. Roof Consulting Experience: Includes performing visual roof surveys on all types of buildings and roofing systems, performing roof moisture surveys with, infrared, nuclear and capacitance methods, performing core sampling and laboratory analysis of roofing system components, performing field inspection services for clients on new roofing, reroofing, and maintenance roofing applications, preparing written reports of analysis work performed, preparing budget estimates, preparing and reviewing roof design and specifications for all types of industrial, commercial, institutional, and governmental facilities as well as investigating and analyzing roof failure and serving as an "expert witness" . Additional experience includes investigation, preparation of claims, design, project management, settlement negotiations, and coordination of millions of square feet of phenolic insulation related projects involving corrosion of metal roof decks.
