SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE
Administrative Experience: Includes national support coordination and management input for consulting services provided by Moisture Control Technologies, Inc. Also included regional support coordination and management of roofing construction projects throughout the midwest as an owner of a roofing contracting company for nearly 20 years. Established fees, prepared proposals, and developed strong client relationships.
Management Experience: Includes direct management of all aspects of roof testing, inspection, and roof management program services.
Roof Consulting Experience: Includes visual roof surveys on all types of buildings and roofing systems, performs moisture surveys with infrared, nuclear, and capacitance methods, performs core sampling and laboratory analysis of roofing system components, performs field inspection services for clients on new construction, re- roofing, and roof maintenance projects. Prepares written reports, budget estimates, and reviews roof design and specifications for all types of commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities.
